Choosing the right report to submit
Submit a Student of Concern Form to connect with the Case Management Team
- If you need to refer a student that you are concern about
- You are a student who wants to connect to support resources
Submit a Threat Assessment Report
- If you feel that you are the target of a potential threat
- If you are aware of someone in the community who poses a potential threat to another person or themselves
- If you observe concerning behavior in someone who might pose a threat
